You may return any product within 7 working days of delivery.
How to Return a Product?
To return an item, please follow these steps:
Initiate the Return: Email us at info@earcadni.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include the reason for your return.
Prepare Your Return: Ensure the item is in its original packaging with all product tags and the invoice included. Pack everything securely to prevent any damage during transit.

Notify Us
Once you’ve sent the package, email us with your original order ID, the waybill number, and courier details.
Refund Process
After we receive the returned items at our warehouse, we will inspect them and notify you of your refund within 5 working days.
Cancellations and Exchanges
You can cancel your order anytime before it has been processed by emailing or calling us. Once it’s in the shipping process, you must wait to receive and return it.
Exchanges: Contact us within 7 working days of delivery via email or phone to request an exchange.
Quality Checks and Refund Eligibility
Items returned are subject to a thorough quality check. Returns must be in their original condition and unworn to qualify for a refund. Custom-made orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If an item fails the quality check or is not in a sellable condition, it will be sent back to you without a refund.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be given as Earcadni credits. Although refunds are initiated immediately after the quality check, please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

We only provide pick-up services for damaged or incorrect items. For all other returns, please send your items to the return address provided.
